Clean Living

Clean living is a touchy subject for some because we each have our own way of thinking and we each have our own way of doing things. Many people have different philosophies about how to live a clean life.

Live Well supports an active lifestyle (always use appropriate safety measures). Most times people don’t give themselves permission to do even the simplest tasks. It is OK to; get wet when it rains, get waist deep in water to take a photograph, walk to the grocery store/school/church/band practice/etc, have a water gun fight when you are over the age of 13 or play hide and seek in a national park when everyone can see you*. These are just a few things many of us refuse to let ourselves do.

Another part of clean living is taking responsibility for one's actions. Be accountable for the things you say and do. We are role models to everyone who sees us. Treat others well and they will treat you well.

Live Well does not condone illegal or immoral activity. There are countless ways to have fun without breaking the law or impairing oneself through the use of substances.
